Pool Shed

Our pool shed is a disaster. Unfortunately we've had bigger issues like the filter and pump not working, so the pool shed took a back seat. The structure is sound, but it desperately needs new siding. It's not an expensive job or even that time consuming, but we just can't get to it this year. Instead we decided to just paint it, and only paint part of it - the part most people see.

Here's the before shot.

 
We started with a quart of paint. We didn't take into account the old "press board" would be so absorbant.
This is where the quart ran out.


It actually took nearly a gallon to finish it. Granted it still needs new siding, but that's probably not
happening this year. At least it's one solid color.
