Pella was offering a same as
cash financing plan for replacement windows. Since the
completion of the trim project sort of depends
on the windows upstairs, we decided to get new ones. May 16th
we signed the contract. Sometime around the middle of July we
should be scheduling their installation. It's only four
windows, but they'll look really nice with the new trim and
that project complete .
June 14th update - Windows will be
installed June 30th!

 June 15th. The
installation of our new windows requires a little preparation.
Since I'll be away during the install I had to get that
preparation done and out of the way.
Our deck
railing (which is falling apart anyway) obstructs access
to the bedroom window, so I tore it down at the window. When I
get back, I'll fix it and shorten the deck so it's not
right under our (new) window.
