The plan was to have some friends out from the city for a pool party . Pool parties don't work so well when it's raining.   
Jen preparing some home cooked goodness. 

The vegetable pie was a huge hit. 
Start things off with some light bites. 
Attempt at rain protection. 
Dogs don't care. They play anyway. 
Hey look! Clear sky!  
Not enough clear sky, so party moves to the garage.     
Mood lighting. 
More dog play, then time to go home.
