To celebrate their ten year anniversary Victory Brewing Company held male and female Beerathlons. The male contest was held Friday February 17th and our very own Mark Bacastow was a competitor. The event consisted of three contests. The first was to hold an empty sixtel in each hand at arms length for as long as possible.

Mark was lucky enough to go last in this contest. We new what time he had to beat and coached him to the end.

Destroying the previous times, Marks walks away victorious.

The majority of the Beans MTB team showed up in support of this momentous occasion.

The second race was a sack race of sorts. The paired competitors raced each other from one end of the course to the other to put on these
special beer brewing suits, then hop back to the start in a "Hops" sack. The winner of each pair moved onto the final eliminations. Mark was
his heat and moved on to the finals.

By this time everyone was wondering who this awsome competitor was and how he was so skilled in the ways of Victory.

Here's Mark in the final heat of the sack race. There were three finalists.

The final event was a bike race. They had miniture fixed gear bikes the competitors had to ride from one end of the brewery to the other and
back, while being pelted with tennis balls and food from the audience. Here Jerry threaten Yoga violence on anyone obstructing Mark's
success.

Pretty self explanatory.

In addition to the ultimate in bragging rights, Mark won eight cases of fine Victory beer.
