CJ's had his cast for over a week now. We've had some ups and downs, but mostly this is how he feels about it.

Two out of two wives agree going to other peoples weddings are a lot more fun then planning and holding your own fiasco.

Went to Ryan & Christina's wedding. No it wasn't a fiasco. We had a lot fun. That's one (weddings) down and three to go.

Met and stayed with some really nice people in Michigan this weekend for the
Lumberjack.

In a one bedroom apartment (converted to two), we had four people and thirteen bikes. Luckily nobody really minded.

Things went better at the

It's Jen of the Jungle!

Those are actually weeds growing to the hight of halfway up Jen's back.

I should say, those WERE weeds. They're gone now.

It's true what you heard.

I am just a dirty redneck in the woods.

Put down some pretty fast laps this past weekend at the
12 Hours of Lodi Farm race.

Couldn't have done it without the team.

Getting greener with decomposition.

We won't be trash free, but maybe we can cut it back to every other week. At least for now.

Mmmmmmm nothing better than chocolate chip cookies on a cold snowy mid-April day. Must - resist - eating  - them before they're baked and hot.

Hey look! It's the Market East train station again!

This time it was the
Brewer's Plate. We had our fill (literally) and were heading home early as the old people we are.

Back from our honeymoon in Anguilla. It was absolutely beautiful.

More to come soon.

Vacation is nice.

Jen ordered a stunt double for our honeymoon/vacation. We've heard too many horror stories of people going off somewhere and losing their bling bling rings.

Stunt double or not, I really like that it matches.

Got another little storm yesterday. It was supposed to be worse then the last with way more snow and ice, but wasn't. Only some flurries and ice that melted pretty quickly. The bamboo got the worst of it.

Finally we have a room that's mostly trimmed out. There's base molding on all four walls and casing around both doors. Now we just have to put casing around the window, crown molding, puddy and paint it all. Another two weeks should do it.

At this rate, we could be done the trim by August.

Sorry you can't see the detail of the trim, but the colors were cool.

An odd winter for sure. Most of December and January saw temperatures in the 40s and 50s quite regularly. The last few weeks of January and all of February have been cold with light dustings of snow a couple times of week. Just enough to be pretty.

After living here for nearly a year, we finally started the trim and molding project. First task was establishing a work area and saw table. It's all downhill from here.

Waiting for the train after partying on the
Spirit of Philadelphia.

So how's married life people keep asking me. It's great! I get to keep my beard when we get all fancied up. What more could I ask for?

Will 2007 be the year of the (busy) beaver? I'd like to think not, but considering all the projects I've got lined up and the miles of riding piled up behind that...
