Today
we made the down payment on our new windows for our
kitchen. In fifteen to twenty days we should get our install date, which will be
eight weeks out from then.

Today
(Sept. 5), they showed up to install our new windows. The truck
arrived at 7:15am sharp with the
crew shortly afterwords. Here's
a before shot from the outside of the window on the side of our
kitchen.

Guess I went a little
crazy with the before shots. This is the window on the side from the
inside.

They started
with the window over the sink. In no time they had the old one out
and the inside cut.

Then
they cut the outside...

And
threw in the window. It wasn't quite that quick, but they did have
it done by lunch.

Once the
kitchen was done, they moved onto the side window. It didn't take
them long to get the old one
out.

Then they cut the
inside wall to the size of the new window. It's significantly larger
then what was there.
